Biodynamic. 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Trousseau, 10% Poulsard; vines of 35+ years of age on marl terroir from the Trouillots vineyard. Direct press, with twelve days of maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks; élevage for roughly a year. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added.
