Enjoy a free same-day delivery within our local radius - from Canal to 4th Street and between Essex Street and West Broadway. We cut off same-day delivery one hour before close so please be mindful when placing your order.
Local Delivery Zone:
For orders to the rest of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the rest of New York City and State, we ship wine via FedEx which normally takes 2 to 3 days to arrive. For orders to Manhattan and Brooklyn that are needed sooner, please call the shop at (212) 625-2999 or email us at winetherapyny@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate. We offer free FedEx/Delivery for orders in Manhattan and Brooklyn that exceed $325 befor tax.

We ship nationwide except for the following states: AL, AR, MS, SD, UT, VT
Some zipcodes/counties in DE, IL, KY, MA, MI, NJ, OK, RI, and TX may be unavailable. We will follow up if your order cannot be delivered to your selecred address.
Shipments outside of New York State go out on the Monday following your order, then typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive. If you need your wine sooner please call the shop at (212) 625-2999 or email us at winetherapyny@gmail.com and we will see what can be done.

You must be 21 years or older to place an order.  Adult signature required at time of delivery.
We cannot ship wine to PO boxes or APO addresses. Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order. A second email will be sent for shipping orders to confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is a problem with your shipping order.
The buyer assumes ownership of the wines once your order is processed. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax and duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We apologize for any inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from shipping to your area. If we are unable to arrange for shipping to your state, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase. We are happy to reattempt shipping for orders that are returned due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer will just have to pay additional shipping fees. Please note that alternatives may be available; please call us at (212) 625-2999 to discuss.
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. You will be promptly notified by email of any problems or unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During times of bad weather, including extremes of heat or cold, we recommend postponing shipping until conditions improve, but we will defer to the customer's directions as to whether to ship or hold. The customer assumes all liability for wines damaged en route due to weather.
Return and Advisory Policy
The customer is advised that all sales placed through this website are final, as are all in-store orders.
 
Wine Therapy may, at our sole discretion, accept returns on damaged or "corked" bottles for a bottle of the same wine. A receipt and the bottle in question must be brought back in a timely manner – within 10 days of the purchase – or we won't be able to take back the wine.
 

Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
 

Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, your order cannot be processed.
