L'Insolent Negoce Gamay Dire Gamay NV

A truly special red by François Écot, Mailly-le-Château, Bourgogne. Aged in foudres and clay 12 months. Bright red, fruity on the nose, slightly crunchy from the chardonnay. Some grip and texture to it as well. Subtle and evolves quickly, but quintessentially chuggable and fresh. Touch of honeysuckle on the finish. Don't skip this one!
