The winery is located in Castelnau-de-Montmiral, with some vineyards in Lisle-sur-Tarn, in the Gaillac region of Southwest France.

his wine comes from 5yo vines of Braucol planted on clay-limestone soils. The winery’s 6ha are farmed biodynamically to support the biodiversity in the vineyards.

Grapes are hand-harvested, then destemmed and macerated for 4 days. Aged on the fine lees for 8mo in fiberglass vats, then bottled without filtration or added sulfites.

Leafy, savory aromas on the nose - notes of tobacco and dark, ripe fruit. Medium-bodied and spicy on the palate, with silty tannins and a hint of raspberry.
