The latest incarnation of the Hues wines universe: a collaboration between NYC’s own Highly Recommended & the Achille Winery in Alsace, France. A classic blend of Alsace grapes with enough time on the lees to add a little volume & soft texture, but not too much to lose any of the vibrant, crisp citrus & white orchard fruit.
