Notes: Notu seguiva le gocce d'acqua it's a Barbaresco DOCG made out of Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and macerated for fours weeks. The wine ferments in concrete and it's aged for four to five years in oak barrels, and then aged further for 6 months in porcelain vessels. It's such an elegant and refined Barbaresco with fine tannins, aromas of dried rose and red berries. Full body perfectly balanced
