After 24 months maturing in demi-muid and 12 months in bottle, we're finally releasing this direct-pressed cuvée of Alsace Pinot Gris. Fermented, vinified and aged in the same wood, you'll be surprised at first by its orange color, which leads us to suppose that "Grimmick" is a maceration wine! But it's nothing of the sort. With scents of honey, citrus and yellow fruit, this is a wine for great meals, to be paired with meats and their accompaniments, cheeses and desserts.
