Les Dolomies Arco 2022

Les Dolomies is located in Passenans, in the Jura . The estate was created in 2008 by Céline Gormally with the help and support of her husband Steve. First, she bought a plot of 1.44 hectares in the Les Combes climate. At the same time, she works on other wine estates and sets up a system of rental contracts for vines which hires families over 3 years in order to start her activity. The “tenants” pay him in advance the amount of the wines they will receive the following year. In 2010, she devoted herself solely to the exploitation of her estate, which then extended over a total area of 3.65 hectares. Its vineyard is certified organic and uses biodynamic preparations.

Grape variety: 100% Savagnin
