Direct press, then fermentation & aging in barrel. Racked in stainless for a month prior to being bottled May 2022.

Soil: Arkoses, sandstone, clay, slate, marl, dolomitic limestone at the top of the parcel, more alluvial at the bottom of the parcel.

South facing slope, 440-510m elevation.
