Henri Chauvet Froussard Cotes d'Auvergne White 2022

Direct press old vine Chardonnay. Chauvet uses with well-dried, lightly toasted new oak for about half of the juice, but the wine does not pick as much butter/vanilla as one would think. Still quite precise and lively.
