A blend of Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer from the Bannwarths, pressed directly and left outside for six months, before being moved to old barrels for five years of élevage. A deep, savoury and layered oxidative wine with a finish that seems to have no end, this is built for the long haul and will continue to evolve for many years to come.
