Môl is a négoce wine, that means the grapes are bought from other farms and vinified by Patrick and Justine. In this case a blend of different varieties mainly from the south of France: Syrah, Carignan, Merlot, Cinsault, Muscat d’Alexandrie and Gamay. Aged in fiberglass and steel tanks.
Môl has lots of dark fruit flavours of black currant, blackberries and a touch of herbs. The wine has a great flow and lightness yet is complex in flavours. It is a delight.
