Crafted by winemaker Elisabetta using traditional methods passed down through generations, this sparkling rosé is a true expression of Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna. It features a classic blend of Barbera—which anchors the wine with inky, earthy, and mineral depth—and Bonarda, which adds vibrant berry notes and a velvety texture. Because Elisabetta’s vines sit on distinct limestone soils packed with fossilized oyster shells, this bottle carries a unique terroir distinct from its neighbors. Delightfully rustic yet gentle, it offers a refreshing citrus and floral lift with just enough tannin to tango beautifully with parmigiana.
