Uramoto Tanemaki Hokkaido Red 2021

It’s 2022 when Tadayuki Uramoto finally established his own winery in Sorachi region, Hokkaido.
He studied biology at Hokkaido University, and travelled to France to learn winemaking. After graduation, he joined Sapporo Fujino Winery, where he worked as vinification manager.

This cuvée definitely has a bewitching charm. It’s a refreshing light red wine with notes of berries and earth, almost reminiscent of white wine with lychee, roses and fruity aromas
