Varietal composition: Rumeni plavec, Kraljevina, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Welschriesling, Pinot blanc

Region: Bizeljsko, Lower Styria, Slovenia.

Location of vineyards: 15-60 years, 350 meters above sea level, N and E orientation.

Soil: Schist, clay and sandstone.

Harvest: Hand-picked, beginning of September.

Vinification: 3 days of maceration with the addition of immediately pressed must. Spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Aging: 6 months in stainless steel barrels.

Extremely juicy wine, most often called “lemonade”
Extremely aromatic on the nose, with aromas of pears, peaches and tropical fruits, and completely dry and extremely potable in the mouth. Wine for every day.
