Grape Riesling, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer & Muscat

This cuvée is a cousin of Christian Binner's original "Saveurs" with the added bonus of skin contact. Also made from an Alsatian blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Gewurztraminer & Muscat. Very aromatic, this wine combines surprising freshness with a pleasant roundness. More fruity than floral on the palate, with red fruit flavors and a finish of tight tannins. A hint of pepper adds character to the finish
