Bloomer Creek Pet Nat Riesling Wild Apple NV

This unique wine began with the harvest of 20 bushels of wild apples from a seedling apple tree at the edge of Auten Vineyard. We co-fermented hand crushed apples with late harvested Auten Vineyard Riesling grapes to create a new petillant naturel. 80% AV Riesling and 20% wild apple, this wine is dry, crisp, and amber colored, with peppery notes of lemon zest. Perfect for cold, dark nights paired with home baked bread and squash soup, creamy pasta, or your favorite cheeses. Wild-yeast fermented, unfiltered and unfined.
