Terra Forte by Tanca Nica is a 100% zibibbo white wine that is savory, with fruity notes and Mediterranean scrub. The name comes from the type of soil that is different from Soki Soki because it is rich in clay with a high content of aluminum and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single vineyard grown as a bush, located in the Bonsulton district (near Bukkuram) that were planted in 1931. The vinification involves 15 days of maceration on the skins and the refinement takes place in glass demijohns as well as in stainless steel vats. Only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.
