This natural Roditis from 50 year old vines on the slopes of Aigialeia stuns with a beautifully fragrant pear note, some dried lemon, along with crisp and slightly saline minerality. Unlike other retsinas, the pine tar is added earlier during fermentation so the influence is much more mellowed. Aged in amphora for freshness and texture.
