Le Schlouk or a little sip in the Alsatian dialect gets its name from a little touch of the Riesling blended into a Gewurztraminer. The idea behind this blend is to balance the aromatics of the Gewurztraminer with the freshness of Riesling.
We recommend to have this natural wine with bolder cheeses or curried based dishes.
