Loire, France— New label from Nathalie Heredia of Le Briseau! This post-terroir wine consists of 50% Pineau d'Aunis from Jasnières and 50% Cinsault from Aspiran in the Languedoc. A fun mash-up of Nathalie's two worlds as she splits her time growing grapes between both regions. Buddies! 

50% Pineau d'Aunis and 50% Cinsault were direct-pressed and fermented separately then blended before bottling. Very mineral driven, soft red berries, tender herbs. Layered but juicy!
