Grape Grenache
Vinification Method: The vineyards are plowed by hand and have never seen chemicals. Yields are very low and the grapes are hand-harvested at their maximum ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed. The wine ferments for 15-20 days then goes through elevage in wooden tanks. Zero sulfur added.
Versatile, very light and refreshing. Full of red fruits, some earthy notes, and a good level of acidity. A strawberry candy to drink chilled!
