Field blend of various (unknown) red and white heirloom varieties from a tiny vineyard of 150 plants, with an average age of 90 years old. Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control. Aged in Amphora until bottling in the Spring. Zero added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
