Alta is a blend of Carignan Blanc, Carignan Gris and Grenache Blanc. The Carignan Blanc comes from relatively new plantings, courtesy of cuttings from Cosmic Vinyaters in Catalunya. The 2025 shows incredible freshness and energy, with a great balance of texture and acidity. It's a great summer pairing option with fresh seafood, paella, or lighter chicken dishes.
