His field blend from a few vintages ago was a stunning wine! Blending red and white grapes can result in unexpected yet balanced wines, helping each out to reach incredible results. It’s turned a fresh red with elements of an orange wine. Odd but bloody tasty (just how we like it). Notes of the red fruit, crunchy tannins and slight earthy savouriness from the Pinot Noir, with an extra splash of spice and lychee from the Gewürztraminer.
