Meinklang Foam White Sparkling 2021

A cloudy pétillant naturel from Meinklang's biodynamic Demeter-certified farm in Burgenland, made from Pinot Gris grown on unpruned vines. Fermented with native yeast and bottled before fermentation finishes to capture its bubbles naturally.
Nice, light pear green apple enlivened by a bright, citrus lemon, lime all over a lush bed of yeast & dollop of fresh yogurt cream.
