A field blend of white and red varieties co-harvested and co-fermented, pink in color. Born from an idea Corrado developed after a trip to Alsace, inspired by Marcel Deiss's approach to expressing terroir through mixed-variety wines. Brief maceration with the red grapes lends color and tannin before pressing, with vinification and aging in stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur added before bottling.
