Folk Machine Valdiguie Film & Camera Redwood Valley 2023
Made from 100-year-old vines, this Valdiguié is highly aromatic and packed with bright berries and fresh herbs, with vibrant acidity.
More fleshed out than previous vintages, super fresh and bright with lots of acid-driven tart fruit. Valdiguié, once widely planted in California under the name "Napa Gamay," is an heirloom variety Kenny Likitprakong has championed for years.
Beginning in 2009, Folk Machine started bottling Valdiguié as a single varietal, settling into a style they liked for the grape and vineyard. The label features a new camera each year from designer Landon Dowlen's collection.
