From 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes, in cement with long maceration on the skins and aging in steel, here is a young and fresh Vej which also can age well. The aromas of the Vej Bianco Antico by Podere Pradarolo are displaying a lovely bouquet of dried white flowers and a tannic palate with notes of tea, dried herbs, citrus peels, and preserved stone fruit.
