Canonica Barolo Paiagallo 2022

Paiagallo vineyard is directly on the hill above the village of Barolo on Calercous Marl and clay soils. The only other proprietors in this vineyard site are Marchesi de Gresy and Fontanafredda, neither of whom does a single vineyard bottling from it.

Destemming, maceration for 30-40 days using only indigenous yeasts, vertical hand press, then into concrete and Slavonian oak for aging. 100% Nebbiolo.
