This dry rosé is a blend of majority Touriga Nacional, with Tinta Cão, Trincadeira, and Grenache, all from different vineyards. The grapes are crushed by foot, and allowed to macerate a bit to give light color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wines are blended and aged together.
