This is a blend of Pinot Auxerrois and Sylvaner, and a blend of 5 vintages from 2018 to 2022! Super crisp white wine: the nose has a bit of tropicality and lemon zest and green apple all permeating the palate in addition to very refreshing minerality and earthy honey qualities.
