Domaine Derain x Tutti Frutti Ananas D'Rain D'rain 2021

This wine, Dr'ain Dr'ain, is Dominique's collab with Tutti Fruitti Ananás. This is an extremely rare and juicy blend, it's mostly Grenache, with just the tiniest amount of Syrah. It's from old bush vines grown on schist soils, it's whole-bunch fermented for two weeks before being pressed into a concrete tank to mature for eight months. Unfiltered, unfined, no added sulphites. This is a true Mediterranean red in its lightest, most gentle, most floral form. It's flavourful, sappy and incredibly moreish too.
