Vinification: Alcohol fermentation with indigenous yeast 
in stainless steel, no clarification and no filtration     
Aging: 6 months stainless, 3 months bottles

Aromas of candied orange & gummy bears on the nose. But totally dry on the palate! Great acidity, nice structure, plenty of orange fruits like clementines, apricots & oranges. Absolutely delicious!
