Canlibero Aglianico Turrumpiso 2021

Made from old-vine Aglianico grapes grown biodynamically in the Sannio Beneventano area of Campania, Southern Italy. Turrumpiso vineyards are over 50 years old and are located at the highest altitude of the 2-hectare Canlibero estate. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites.

Deep garnet red with purple hues. Aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, and plums, intertwined with notes of leather, tobacco, and a hint of black pepper. Full-bodied and robust, showcasing dark fruit flavors complemented by earthy undertones and spicy accents. Firm tannins and balanced acidity lead to a long, structured finish.
