Vincent Cuillier Blanc de Sable Brut Nature (2021)
This exceptional Champagne comes from one of the northernmost vineyards in the region, planted on sandy soil. As a Blanc de Blancs, it is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.
The wine is first fermented in barrel, like a white Burgundy, and rests on its lees for 12 months. It then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, where it ages for an additional 2.5 years before being disgorged. Bottled without any added sugar (brut nature), the result is a bone-dry Champagne with a pure and fine flavor profile.
You'll find citrus and lemon notes, complemented by a gentle biscuity complexity. The wine has a silky structure and a long, intense finish.
