Valentina Passalacqua Negroamaro 2018 is a rose' natural wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes from Puglia, Southern Italy, farmed biodynamically. Negroamaro is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites at bottling. Light to medium body rosato style wine (a more intense rose') ideal with pizza, pasta, charcuterie, burgers.
