The Bourgogne Blanc Méchelots has a composed bouquet with hints of yellow flower complementing the green apple aromas. I like the way it reveals subtle brioche and walnut scents with time, gaining complexity. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity, with the oak (used of course) nicely integrated and lending an appealing creamy texture toward the finish.
