A blend of Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc from 32 year old vines on clay, limestone, and basalt soils in South Ardèche. Each variety is direct pressed and fermented separately, then blended for an élevage of ten months in stainless steel, giving a precise, lean, citrusy white.
