20-47 year-old bush-trained Trepat. A large, thin-skinned grape that produces light-bodied, aromatic reds reminiscent of Jura reds. Spontaneous fermentation is stainless steel, 30 day skin contact, aged 5 months on the fine lees in stainless steel and bottled with the tiniest amount of SO2.
Light-bodied with fresh acidity & spiciness on the finish. An easy-to-drink wine, great with a slight chill.
