It's a beautiful Sav Blanc with some Semillon in it. Half is direct pressed and the other half goes under carbonic maceration for a month, then both get blend on Stainless Steel tank before bottling. Its a fresh, crisp, dry, and expressive wine. Notes of citrus fruit, floral and hints of herbs.
