No.8 is a 100% Blauer Wildbacher that is macerated on the skins for about four hours before getting pressed very softly and then spending a year in oak barrels. This is Franz's interpretation of a Rosé - not pink, perhaps more grapefruit in color, and the palate follows suit with hints of mandarin and spices. Bright with high acidity, medium-bodied, no tannins, super fresh, and fruity. Has slight carbonation from some rebel yeasts in the bottle.
