About this wine
A playful, low-intervention pet nat from Chardonnay grown in southern Slovakia. Hand harvested, direct pressed, and bottled before fermentation finished to trap the bubbles naturally, then disgorged by hand, it's light and fruity with citrus, peach, and elderflower character.
