This fabulous Chenin Blanc called 'La Lune' that has a beguiling baked bread bouquet and complex palate of stewed orchard fruit, nuts, honey and minerals. Usually more restrained, this vintage is very giving and aromatic, more floral and less fruit-forward than the regular cuvée. The finish is also more precise, as the palate is showing drier, with great, pear-skin like tannins.
