This 2018 is a bit darker in color than our previous bottlings under the Wind Gap label due to the addition of some carbonic maceration which also adds some wild aromas as well as a deeper pink hue. Vibrant aromas and flavors of fresh watermelon, strawberries, and roses fill the mouth. Delicious with surprising weight and texture.
