Nicolas Reau was a jazz pianist before turning to wine. After working on different estates, he set out and acquired a few pieces of vines in the north of Deux-Sèvres. Quite naturally, he chooses organic and the absence of inputs in his wines, apart from low doses of sulfur in the whites. This 2024 is a very nice cabernet franc barrel, fruity, fairly dense, fresh, with fine tannins.
