A layered Willamette Valley Chardonnay blended from six vineyards planted between 1984 and 2019. Farmed with organic and sustainable methods, fermented on full solids with ambient yeast, and aged in older French oak puncheons and stainless steel, it's mineral and saline with green apple, citrus, and a clean, crunchy finish.
