Biodynamic Swiss wine from Valais, made by a former employee of Pierre Overnoy. A single vineyard expression of Garanoir (a cross of Gamay and Reichensteiner) from 870m above sea level. A direct press, but as Gamaret is a red-fleshed grape the wine is deep red in color though without tannin.

Generous fruit and pristine alpine purity dance down the tongue in the light bodied package.
