Marco Merli's Venco is a wine made from white grapes that grow on clayey-calcareous soils with the method of biodynamic agriculture. Vinified naturally without added yeasts, it ages for six months in steel. The Venco has a golden yellow color with an intriguing fruit nose, in particular plum, peach and pineapple, flowers, and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is enveloping, sapid, and characterized by a nice acidic shoulder.
