Mosco, a white macerated wine by winemaker Marco Merli, is produced from destemmed Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, along with free-run juice from yellow and white Moscato. The wine undergoes 6-7 days of maceration in open food-grade vats outdoors. After pressing, it decants for a month in stainless steel tanks before aging in concrete tanks until bottling.

Floral wine made from Trebbiano and Muscat grapes, with aromas of quince, bergamot, chamomile, honeysuckle, honey and lemon peel. Fragrant but light and very fresh
